U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Brian Fulton, a medic with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), demonstrates how to wrap a bandage during a medical evacuation rehearsal, while on a recovery mission in the Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia, Feb. 7, 2021. The rehearsals ensures that proper medical and safety procedures are in place in case a team member needs immediate medical attention.
