    U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Michael Kimbrell, a surgeon general representative for Joint Task Force Civil Support, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., begins medical credentialing for U.S. Army Soldiers from 531st Hospital Center, Fort Campbell, Ky. in Elizabeth, N.J., Feb. 21, 2021. The service members will assist state and local agencies administering COVID vaccinations at the state-run, federally-supported Community Vaccination Center in New Jersey.
