Petty Officer 1st Class Luslaida Barbosa and the Commander, Naval Forces Europe, Sixth Fleet (CNE-C6F) rock band, Topside, play with local Congolese musicians at the American Point, a cultural exchange center. The CNE-C6F Band travels continuously throughout Africa playing at venues including orphanages and schools in concert with other elements of CNE-C6F in support of improving maritime partnerships in West and Central Africa and the Gulf of Guinea.
