An Arizona National Guard (AZNG) Soldier assigned to Task Force Med confirms and logs information about a to a Gila River Indian Community patient information before administering a COVID-19 vaccination during a mass vaccination event at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park Feb. 20.
