    U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Thomas Carpenter, the training noncommissioned officer with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry Regiment, 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 42nd Infantry Division, New York National Guard, receives his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at Naval Support Activity Bethesda, Md., Feb. 19, 2021.
