Dockery review the efficiency of the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar microgrid power plant during the Energy Resilience Readiness Exercise at MCAS Miramar, San Diego, California, Feb. 18, 2021. Heckl serves as the I Marine Expeditionary Unit commanding general; Conley serves as the Marine Corps Installations West - Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton commanding general; and Dockery serves as the MCAS Miramar commanding officer.
