Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji service members help set up a candle display for the Yamanakako Ice Festival, Feb. 13, Yamanashi, Japan. Over 30 volunteers from CATC Camp Fuji helped prepare the field and set up over 5000 candles for the outside illumination event where spectators could enjoy the lights and fireworks while safely socially distanced.
