Sailors assigned to dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry are given a tour of La Pouponniere, an orphanage where Africa Partnership Station volunteers spent the day building walls, laying concrete and meeting the children. APS aims to improve maritime safety and security through the efforts of U.S. and international partners, consisting of European and African members such as the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Ghana and Cameroon.
