Contractors with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers place concrete on the second floor of the future Stockton VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, California January 21, 2021. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is working with local contractors to complete the new medical complex in Stockton by 2024. The site will also house a Community Living Center and Engineering Logistics Building and is designed to enhance and expand the availability of medical care to Central Valley veterans.
