The Afghan Special Operations Unit, supported by coalition troops, detained a Haqqani explosives expert in Khost district, Khost province, Afghanistan July 21, 2012. The detained explosives expert specialized in the construction and use of improvised explosive devices in attacks against Afghan and coalition forces in the region.
