A U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon receives fuel from a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker, assigned to the 350th Expeditionary Aircraft Refueling Squadron, during a mission over the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility on Feb. 5, 2021. Designed to secure the U.S Navy's future in long-range maritime patrol capability, the P-8A Poseidon has transformed how the Navy's maritime patrol and reconnaissance force will man, train, operate and deploy.
