Aircraft maintenance personnel from the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard conduct end of runway checks on an F-16 Fighting Falcon prior to take off on Feb. 5, 2021. A temperature of five degrees combined with 18-mph winds created a wind child of -16 degrees.
