A Tunisian air force C-130J Super Hercules prepares for takeoff after completing a foreign military sales mission at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, Jan. 28, 2021. Tunisia is a major non-NATO ally of the United States and already works with the Defense Department on many shared interests and concerns. Some of the shared interests include freedom of navigation, intelligence sharing, humanitarian operations and disaster relief.
