Black, addresses the members of the Roles, Responsibilities and Development of the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Focus Group Summit at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va, Feb. 1, 2021. The office of the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps sponsored the focus groups Every Marine a Rifleman and the Roles, Responsibilities and Development of the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer to support the Commandant’s design for the future of the force. The focus groups, comprised of Marines from a variety of backgrounds, will review current programs and policies to present their recommendations at the end of the five day summit.
