(Jan. 28, 2021) - An F/A-18F Super Hornet from Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 106 “Gladiators” taxis past native narrowleaf yellowtops at Naval Air Station Key West's Boca Chica Field. The Gladiators are a fleet replacement squadron of U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps aviators in training. NAS Key West is a state-of-the-art facility for air-to-air combat fighter aircraft of all military services and provides world-class pierside support to U.S. and foreign naval vessels.
