U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Nicholas Sciortino, a squad leader with 3d Marine Division, produces a battle plan sketch during the defensive fundamentals portion of the 3d Marine Division Rifle Squad Competition at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 14, 2021.
