YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 15, 2021) — Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), cuts a ceremonial cake with CFAY’s chief selects during the 92nd Martin King Jr. birthday anniversary celebration at the command’s galley. The event was held virtually in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-operating naval forces, tenant commands, thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
