Zachary McGregor, a registered nurse with U.S. Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force 328-1 assigned to support Yuma Regional Medical Center, Yuma, Ariz., monitors a patient in the hospital’s intensive care unit, Jan. 14, 2021.
