Zachary McGregor, a registered nurse with U.S. Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force 328-1 assigned to support Yuma Regional Medical Center, Yuma, Ariz., monitors a patient in the hospital’s intensive care unit, Jan. 14, 2021. McGregor, who is a rapid response nurse when not called to duty with the Army, is one of a team of medical professionals supporting the hospital in its fight against COVID-19.
