Air National Guard Members from the 148th Fighter Wing Communications Flight secure and fully extend the tower on the Remote Communications Platform 3 (RCP3) in the heart of Minneapolis, Minn., June 6, 2020, to improve radio signals. This extension allows for direct radio communications within an 18-mile radius, improving response times between the entire Minnesota National Guard and Twin Cities local authorities.
