Patrickson Toussaint, 14th command sergeant major, USACE, pose with team members from the Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory’s Concrete Materials Branch during a visit to the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, Miss., Jan. 5, 2021. Spellmon and Toussaint visited the ERDC installation to gain a better understanding of how the research and development center discovers, develops and delivers solutions to the nation’s toughest challenges.
