Cpt. Dustin McKenna, 72nd Civil Support Team, volunteers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, Jan. 5, 2020, at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln. He received the vaccine as part of the Nebraska National Guard’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution and administration plan, which implements a phased and standardized strategy for prioritizing, distributing and administering COVID-19 vaccines to installation members.
