A regenerated C-130E Hercules aircraft taxis prior to take-off at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Sept. 14, 2020, for donation to the Colombian Air Force as part of an Excess Defense Articles (EDA) program grant. This aircraft is the fifth C-130 the U.S. has donated to Colombia to positively influence regional stability and build Colombia’s airlift capacity so the two nations can address shared challenges and security goals in the region.
