Michael Chapman, 305th Maintenance Squadron sheet metal specialist originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, stands next to a C-17 Globemaster III on McGuire Field after installing nut plugs to the aircraft Feb.3. Nearly 400 members of the 305th MXS streamline their technical expertise in support of 16 C-17 Globemaster IIIs and 32 KC-10 Extender aircraft.
