Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Customer Account Specialist Chester Parker will celebrate five decades of service to the nation in December. Parker started as an Army private in 1970 and retired as a master sergeant in 1993 before transitioning to federal service. Parker said one of the highlights of his career was working as a drill sergeant assigned to Fort Dix, New Jersey.
