An Afghan and coalition security force conducts an operation to detain a Taliban explosives specialist in Zharay district, Kandahar province, Afghanistan, July 7, 2012. The Taliban explosive specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of improvised explosive device attacks against coalition forces throughout the region.
