Maj. Billy Budd, the senior enlisted advisor for 719th Military Intelligence Battalion, 501st MI Brigade, during an event assembling and delivering cake cups for those currently in quarantine and for other vital personnel during the holidays, Dec. 24. Peterson, along with her family, began assembling and delivering individual cake cups to newly arrived community members in quarantine in June, eventually expanding the operation to include volunteers from across Humphreys.
