DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Dec. 27, 2020) – The official party salute during the national anthem before the memorial service of Michael Xavier Spillane Dec. 27, 2020. Mickey was well known on the island for managing multiple liberty establishments, and was the Director of the United Seaman’s Service Center. He passed away Dec. 22, 2020 at his home on the island.
