Brigadier General Michael N. Adame, the Deputy Commanding General - Support (DCG-S) of the 36th Infantry Division out of Austin, Texas, came to visit the Soldiers of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, deployed from Fort Bliss, Texas, before the holidays in order to check on their well-being and spread some good cheer. Both 36th ID and 2/1 ABCT are deployed to southwest Asia in support of Operation Spartan Shield.
