U.S. Air Force TSgt Eric Lauppe is accompanied by another crewmember as they walk through the waning hours of daylight to meet the C-130H2 for his fini flight at New Castle Air National Guard Base, New Castle, Del., December 2, 2020. A second-generation member of the 166th Airlift Wing, TSgt Lauppe, a C-130 Loadmaster in the 142nd Airlift Squadron, served 23 years in the Air National Guard. He was preceded by his father, Retired Brigadier General Tom Lauppe.
