The basketball tournament started Aug. 13 with 13 teams, but 3rd Bn., 5th SFG, earned the title with a final score of 56-51 against 2 BCT in the finals. The basketball tournament is part of the annual Week of the Eagles, which is commemorating the 101st Airborne Division's 70th anniversary and history of valor.
