A contractor with the USACE Sacramento District prepares to secure a steel beam representing the last component of the framework of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic at the future Stockton VA medical complex to a crane so it can be lifted into position at the conclusion of a topping off ceremony in Stockton, California, November 17, 2020. The ceremony, held by the USACE Sacramento District and VA Palo Alto Health Care System, highlights the work completed in a year since the project’s groundbreaking on November 8, 2019.
