A Puerto Rico Police Joint Force of Rapid Action marine unit and the Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Doyle (not in photo) are on scene with an interdicted illegal migrant voyage Dec. 11, 2020, approximately three nautical miles north of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The migrant group, comprised of 14 men and a woman of Dominican nationality, were repatriated Dec. 12, 2020 to a Dominican Republic Navy vessel just off Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
