FORT SNELLING, Minn. (Dec. 11 2020) - Cmdr. James Darkenwald addresses the Sailors and civilians at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Northern Plains during a routinely scheduled change of command ceremony. Duvall assumed the role of commanding officer of NTAG Northern Plains after serving as the command's executive officer for the majority of the past year. NTAG Northern Plains' recruiting area includes more than 393,000 square miles and includes Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, most of Nebraska, the western half of Wisconsin, and portions of Northwestern Illinois.
