Michigan National Guard Soldiers with Michigan’s Task Force Spartan work with Gleaners of Pontiac, Michigan, Community Food Bank, Nov. 24, 2020. Army and Air National Guard members prepare pallets of food for distribution in the Gleaners warehouse, assembling approximately 1250 quarinetine cold and dry food boxes daily, each weighing 31lbs.. The Food Bank warehouse feeds 1000 residential families daily. Since March TF Spartan teams have supported food banks across Michigan, distributing more than 7 million pounds of food to local communities. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt.
