U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. William Pendergraft, an instructor with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, discusses leadership tactics to Honduran Marines during a leadership development course in Puerto Castilla, Honduras, Oct. 30, 2020. Marines and Sailors from SPMAGTF-SC formed a Mobile Training Team to conduct a two-week leadership development course to the Honduran Marines. The course included leadership classes, how to properly read a map, land navigation, and physical fitness training.
