Sgt. Charles Gilmore, Ponotoc, Miss., a member of the Quitman-based Detachment 2, Headquarters Company, Special Troops Battalion, 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team, Mississippi Army National Guard, monitors a joint chemical agent detector during the unit's annual training at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center. Gilmore is a qualified Army Chemical Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear specialist, and is responsible for leading and training his peers to conduct operations in a CBRN environment. Gilmore and other CBRN specialist are participating in refresher training facilitated by the 47th Civil Support Team, Mississippi Army National Guard.
