Sara Schuster, large mammal biologist with the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands; Michael Stone, director of operations for Sundance Helicopters; and Olivia Baez, 99th Wing Civil Engineer Squadron natural resource manager, stepped to fly on a N7080H at the Sundance Helicopters Hangar in Nevada, Nov. 15, 2020. The Nellis Natural Resources Program and the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) conduct aerial surveys biennially in the fall months to monitor the desert bighorn sheep metapopulations on the Nevada Test and Training Range.
