U.S. Marine Cpl. Sophia Fister, an ammunition chief assigned to Combat Logistics Company 21 (CLC-21), instructs U.S. Marines that are enrolled in Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Nov. 3, 2020. Fister is currently the chief instructor of the Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics seminar, and loves teaching, shaping, and helping to develop better Marines, and men and women, as a whole. Fister recently re-enlisted for four more years and is preparing to become a combat instructor at Marine Combat Training.
