Sen. Tom Carper talks with Col. Matthew Jones, 436th Airlift Wing commander, after the conclusion of the 2020 State of the Base briefing held on Nov. 23, 2020, in the Del-One Conference Center, at Delaware Technical Community College, Dover, Delaware. The event was hosted by the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce and provided an opportunity to inform civic leaders about how the local community ties into the base’s mission, vision and priorities.
