FORT McCOY, Wis. - Brig. Gen. Steven McLaughlin, commander of the 100th Training Division receives a tour of Fort McCoy’s Commemorative Area from Garrison commander Col. Mike Poss on November 23, 2020. With a background in transportation, McLaughlin said the experience brought back a lot of memories from throughout his career.
The general visited the installation to tour Fort McCoy’s NCO Academy and meet with academy cadre staff. The NCOA falls under the 83rd U.S. ARRTC, which is one of the 100th TD’s subordinate commands.
