19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black speaks to Marines with 3rd Marine Logistics Group (MLG) during a town hall meeting at The Palms on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, November 16, 2020.
