Chief Stephen Standing Bear was in Austria as a performer with a Wild West Show, he caught Pneumonia and was hospitalized. Louise Rieneck was a nurse at the same hospital in Austria at that time, and later they were married when he got better and she came to South Dakota with him.(Courtesy photo by Staff Sgt.
