201111-N-HK244-1046 TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Nov. 11, 2020) Seabees assigned U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Tinian, stand at attention during the resting of colors while observing the conclusion of Tinian’s 2020 Veterans Day Program at Tinian Veteran Memorial Park. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
