Staff Sgt. Jacob Converse utilizes a razor knife to cut wall panel at the Friends of Children Orphanage in Sukaluk, Kyrgyzstan, Aug. 8, 2012. The Transit Center at Manas Theater Security Cooperation humanitarian assistance branch has been renovating the orphanage for four months. Converse is a TSC quality assurance journeyman deployed from Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., and is a native of Litchfield, Mich.
