    Staff Sgt. Jacob Converse uses a razor knife to cut wall panel at the Friends of Children Orphanage in Sukaluk, Kyrgyzstan, Aug. 8, 2012. Airmen from the Transit Center at Manas Theater Security Cooperation humanitarian assistance branch along with sailors from the U.S. Naval Forces Central Forward Headquarters have been working on renovations to include painting, replacing panels in a shower room and installing a new sink. Converse is a TSC quality assurance journeyman deployed from Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., and is a native of Litchfield, Mich.
