MOBILE, Ala -- Adm. Charles Ray, the Vice Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, adds Vice Adm. John Currier's plaque to the "Hall of Honor" at Aviation Training Center Mobile, Friday, Nov. 6, 2020.
