Italian Maj. Gen. Franco Federici, commander of Kosovo Force, greets Col. Eric Riley, commander of the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Oregon Army National Guard, and Col. Derek Adams, commander of Regional Command-East for the KFOR28 rotation, before the transfer of authority ceremony Nov. 15, 2020, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
