Simulated base supplies are acquired during Operation Open Horizon at the 435th Construction Training Squadron training compound on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 6, 2020. The 700th Contracting Squadron exercise prepared Airmen for a bare-base deployment scenario with minimal communications capabilities. Multiple exercise injects and different requirement packages tested contracting specialists’ abilities to work as a team, prioritize and quickly execute the mission, while adhering to legal requirements.
