(Oct. 31, 2020) Sailors assigned to Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE) New London ride in the back of a base security truck to pass out candy during a reverse Halloween parade for military families residing in Beacon Point Housing. The reverse parade was organized by SUBASE New London senior leadership to provide an alternative way for military families to participate in Halloween festivities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
