U.S. and coalition forces participate on the Norwegian Vikings Challenge at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Nov. 8, 2020. A U.S. Soldier drags two iron chains during one of the events at the Vikings Challenge. Teams competed on several stations such as the ammo can lift, sprint race, truck drag, axe toss, iron chains drag, log toss, and log deadlift. The three top teams then competed against each other with a Viking boat drag, spear toss, log chop, treasure chest carry, Viking boat drag to original location, and a final sprint to the finish line.
